Summit Leadership Excellence Program – Atlanta, GA – May 2018

The Summit Leadership Excellence Program is a 12-month immersion program specifically designed and proven to transform managers from a strong technical and professional background into inspiring leaders who deliver exceptional business results while engaging and developing their employees.
The program begins with a 3-day boot camp, where certified Performex® Facilitators lead participants through a self-discovery process using a proprietary 360° multi-rater survey and personality assessment and then provide an immersion experience to instill the key competencies necessary to evolve into truly great leaders. Modules include interpersonal communications, delegation, coaching, planning, reviewing and leadership (Emotional Intelligence and Neuro-Leadership). Additionally the use of articles, videos and personalized learning journals results in more rapid understanding and faster skill development. The output from the 3-day boot camp is 2 individualized development plans the participant works on during the 12-month program.
Following the 3-day boot camp, a Performex® coach facilitates a discussion between the participant and their managing supervisor. This gives the managing supervisor insight as to what competencies the participant will work on and allows for manager input into the game plan for future success.
Once the Manager Summary Report meeting is complete, the Performex® coach and participant meet for four coaching sessions over the next 12 months to work on the 2 development plans. In between the sessions the coach maintains contact with the participant through periodic “touchpoints” and is also available via phone and email for council and support.
Approximately midway in the program the participant attends a 1-day boot camp to lock in learning from the first boot camp and is exposed to entirely new materials focused on influencing skills.
At the end of the program a second 360° multi-rater is presented that measures the progress the participant has made against their developmental goals. By knowing their progress will be measured at the conclusion of the program, participants have greater focus on fulfilling their plans and obtaining rapid growth.
