Leadership Consultant – Master Coach & Program Facilitator

Leadership Program Facilitation:
– Present Performex content in a classroom setting and lead interactive activities to deliver advanced programs for midlevel to senior level executives
– Work collaboratively with Program Administrator to coordinate pre- and post-workshop tasks

Executive Coaching:
– Provide in-person executive coaching using Performex methodologies to support participants’ development and help overcome resistance to change

Business Development:
– Drive growth through business development activities targeting new prospects and expanding services within current client base

• Engaging and professional communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer service attitude
• Excellent phone, email and meeting etiquette
• Selling skills and building excellent relationship with existing and perspective clients
• Executive coaching skills and knowledge of development activities
• Strong organization and ability to keep up with multiple clients and activities
• Exceptional listening skills, empathy and leadership presence.
• Collaborative and responsive work style

• Bachelor’s Degree Required (MBA preferred)
• Proven success as a mid to senior level manager preferably managing technical functions
• Experience developing and coaching employees as a manager
• Existing and substantial regional prospect list for relationship-based sales
• Willingness to travel throughout region for business development activities and program execution
• Sales training/certification preferred
• Coaching certification preferred

• 1099 Contractor
• Highly Competitive Hourly Rate for Coaching and Facilitation activities
• Commission – Successful sales of programs and services
• Monthly Billing
• Minimal Travel Required Within Region
• Possibility of additional travel if you are interested

*Candidates will be flexible and willing to accept a work schedule with paid hours that can range from as low as 120 to 1,000 annually depending upon personal success selling, company’s consulting sales and workshop schedules.
