Associate Consultant, Facilitator, and Coach – Atlanta, GA

Business Development:
– Drive growth through business development activities targeting prospects and creating new clients in the Greater Metro Atlanta area. Build strong partnerships with clients to develop solutions to meet their current and future needs,

Leadership Program Facilitation:
– Once a new client is in-place, you’ll facilitate the Performex content in a classroom setting and lead interactive activities to deliver advanced programs for mid-level to senior level executives
– Work collaboratively with Program Administrator to coordinate pre- and post-workshop tasks

Program & Executive Coaching:
– Provide in-person coaching using Performex methodologies to support participants’ development and help overcome resistance to change

• Since our facilitation assignments are based primarily on client generation, selling skills are critical as well as the capability for building excellent relationships with existing and perspective clients
• Strong customer service attitude
• Excellent phone, email and meeting etiquette
• Engaging and professional communication and presentation skills
• Executive coaching skills and knowledge of development activities
• Strong organization and ability to keep up with multiple clients and activities
• Exceptional listening skills, empathy and leadership presence
• Professional, collaborative and responsive work style

• Must be based in the Greater Metro Atlanta (GMA) Area or be willing to re-locate to the area with no assistance
• Bachelor’s Degree Required (MBA preferred)
• Proven success as a mid to senior level manager preferably managing technical functions
• Must have strong existing and substantial GMA regional prospect list for relationship-based sales
• Experience developing and coaching employees as a manager
• Willingness to travel throughout GMA region for business development activities and program execution
• Sales training/certification preferred
• Coaching certification preferred

• 1099 Contractor with compensation based on service and program sales commission, and hourly facilitation / coaching rates that are highly competitive
• Monthly billing
• Minimal Travel Required Within Greater Metro Atlanta region – Possibility of additional travel if you are interested
• Successful associate consultants have the opportunity to advance to higher positions in the organization as the company grows.

*Candidates will be flexible and willing to accept a work schedule with paid hours that can range from as low as 120 to 1,000 annually depending upon personal success selling, company’s consulting sales and workshop schedules.
