Managerial Coaching Program
The GRO²W Coaching Skills Program equips managers with the most effective process and skills to achieve exceptional business results and develop their employees. Coaching is a critical skill for managers to maximize employee performance and prepare them for future roles. Upon completion, participants will be equipped to assess development needs, provide effective feedback, gain commitment and conduct coaching sessions for goal setting and action planning.
The program begins with a self-assessment of coaching skills and a pre-read of Performex® GRO²W coaching fundamentals. Participants attend a 1 day workshop to:
- Understand the neuroscience fundamentals for adult learning and behavior change
- Learn the core GRO²W coaching process and techniques
- Practice coaching planning and discussions with real-life examples
- Develop a personal growth plan to become a better coach
- Complete a development plan and strategy for the members of their team
After the workshop, participants apply their new skills by actively coaching their employees. The program includes one “coach the coach” session to support implementation of the team development plan. Each participant also has unlimited access to the Performex® facilitator for 6 months to support any coaching challenges they encounter.
