It’s hard to spend time with Carmen and not recognize her enthusiasm for helping others. Carmen’s broad HR experience and strong business acumen has enabled her to lead HR departments across start-ups and global businesses.
While serving as Vice President of North America HR for a global trade show company, Carmen selected Performex to facilitate trainings focused on developing her leadership team. After her departure from the company, Carmen decided to join Performex to continue her efforts to help professionals—especially those responsible for managing people—learn the competencies necessary to successfully build and sustain engaged, high-performing teams. Her areas of expertise include culture building, performance management, employee development and mergers/acquisitions for fast-growing SMBs.
Carmen earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University.
