Zenith is focused on achieving indispensable skills and behavior growth that emerging leaders need most. Upon completion, participants can skillfully address performance issues, create teamwork, and increase engagement to deliver better results. This 9 month program is for new managers (0 – 30 months of experience) with a team of exempt professionals and / or non-exempt employees. The objective of the program is to provide personalized leadership fundamentals for managers to direct teams to exceed their operating objectives and prepare them for expanded responsibilities.
The program begins with a 360° multi-rater survey and a leadership assessment. Participants attend a 2.5-day immersion “Boot Camp” to develop self-awareness and acquire essential managerial skills and tools in core competency areas:
Using the feedback from the 360 survey and this information, each participant creates a personalized Leadership Development Plan (LDP). The LDP is reviewed with the participant and their manager in a meeting facilitated by a Performex® Coach. After approval from the manager, the participant works with the Performex® Coach to execute the LDP and achieve their goal by the end of the program.
